TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

All invoices must be paid within 30 days of credit approval. A 2% discount will be applied to all payments made within 10 days of the invoice due date. All prices and designs are subject to change without notice. All standard ground shipments will be FOB destination unless indicated otherwise. Priority shipments (i.e. overnight, 2nd day, etc.) will be charged to the customer. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns must be in their original packaging and they must include a packing slip listing the returned items, reason for the return and a copy of the original invoice. H.K. International warrants all of its products against defects in workmanship or materials. H.K. will determine the applicability of warranty and will either repair or replace any blade or tool at no cost to the customer. This warranty covers the cost of parts, labor, and shipping. H.K. International is in no way liable, however, for damages arising from normal wear, improper application, negligent abuse, or other misuse. In no event shall H.K. be held liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from the failure of any product to operate properly. An invoice must accompany all warranty claims.
